This project was unique in that it required us to incorporate fire protection between the horse storage areas and the living quarters for the grooms. This thoughtful design ensured the safety of both the animals and the caretakers while maintaining the functionality and flow of the facility.

The owner was fond of the existing barn but needed additional stalls to accommodate more horses. We skillfully preserved the original structure, maintaining its charm and functionality, while seamlessly expanding the barn to meet the growing needs of both the owner and her horses.
